The content for our programs are based on the Mediterranean lifestyle. The delivery for that content is provided through a custom portal that we build with the wellness lead at each company so that the program provided is the most meaningful for their workforce. Whether it is managing stress, improving sleep, or enhancing nutrition, our targeted approach aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to make lasting, lifestyle changes.
Our content includes wellness education, biometric care guides, health coaching, and an extensive array of challenges in nutrition, activity, mindfulness, and weight management. The underlying philosophy of our work extends from the principles of the Mediterranean approach to nutrition, diet, stress, and activity. This content is based on the published works of founder Dr. Will Clower and woven into the fabric of every program you receive with us.

The MedWell challenge system is comprehensive with challenges in each of the following categories: activity (integrating wearable devices), nutrition, mindfulness, and weight management. These can be offered so that individuals can join at any time or on a corporate schedule where all employees participate at the same time!
MedWell challenges can also be team-based, in so many ways. Users can set their own teams, we can set a challenge for your teams internally, or across site locations.

This is a core capability for Mediterranean Wellness. Programs are offered in 5 different categories of: Lifestyle Programs, Disease Management Programs, Webinars, Cooking Demos, and Mindful Minutes.
Lifestyle and Disease Management Programs
The breadth of this content is delivered across learning modality with videos, daily audios, and written program manuals for expert guidance. Multi-week disease management programs can complement the work done by health coaching, enhancing participant learning throughout their wellness journey.
Webinars
Webinars cover a range of topics from nutrition, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, weight management, and preventive care and include quizzes at the end of each webinar.
Cooking Demos and Mindful Minutes
Cooking demos are some of our most popular programs where you not only learn to cook an amazing dish, but all learn about the benefits of the foods you are cooking with. We also offer Mindful Minutes that include 5-10 minute meditations as well as our Take 12 series which gives every day practices in dealing with stress.
Biometric Self-care
A secure and user-friendly system
MedWell keeps members on top of their health metrics with our biometric tracking tools. We securely upload biometric data from physicians, screening organizations, and even on-site screening solutions.
Members can also easily enter and update their biometrics such as blood pressure, BMI and glucose. We provide tracking tools for them as well so they can see their trend in real time, email a health coach, and use our extensive Resource Library to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
The Heart Age Calculator delivers the algorithms of the 50+ year long Framingham Heart Study to reveal your real heart age. This tool is utilized by the employee and also their health coaches to see which lifestyle habits may be impacting their real heart age. With this information, participants can consult our extensive library of actionable solutions to reverse course and improve their long-term heart health.

Incentive Management
Our Mojo Points incentive management system engages members through multiple ways: a points-based system or an activity-completion based system.
Our dashboard makes it easy for members to see what activities are awarded, how much they receive for completion, and how many points they need to receive their incentive award.
We offer a leaderboard for point-based programs for those employees that like a little competition so that they can see where they stand compared to the other employees within their company.
Café Well Peer-to-Peer Platform
Through our Café Well platform, people can create and interact on threaded conversations monitored by our lead Registered Dietitian in the wellness subject of their interest.
Peer-to-peer relationships are a potent form of internal motivation. The key is that when friends are engaged, you're far more likely to jump in with them.
Café Well also gives them multiple health topics to drill down into, finally reaching the areas they care about the most: in cooking, mindfulness, fitness, and weight management.
