4. The Cooking for Health Program (8 weeks)

There was a generation of Americans who were ecstatic – they thought it was such a freedom to cook from a box, a can, or just to pop it out of the freezer. The upshot, though, was that the next generation did not learn to cook at home, and they don’t know how to make healthy foods, simply. They are more comfortable with instant processed food products than real foods.

The Cooking for Health series returns health to the hearth. We coach you on the preparation of foods you can make in 30-minutes, even with a busy schedule. And, once you know what to do at home, you never want to go back to the faux food products that are so unhealthy for you and your family.

5. Not One Ounce Holiday Program (8 weeks)

The Not One Ounce campaign is a program from November to New Years that prevents weight gain over the holidays. Each week will bring a specific set of coaching tips so you can navigate the eating, grazing, sugary waters ahead. 

The holiday season typically brings stuffed turkeys, cornbread stuffing, and plenty of stuffed bellies. All this leaves us treating our normal holiday habits like a dietary credit card. Charge away today, pay for it in January – with interest.
